The president and CEO of Bartlett Insurance, Melissa Bartlett, is the daughter of the founder, Sherrell G. Bartlett. Melissa has been employed by Bartlett Insurance for over 31 years. She is currently active in the day-to-day operations of the agency with the majority of her focus on the back-end of the business including: agency oversight, accounting, and administration. Melissa is a resident of Spalding County and is an active member of our community. She attributes the success of the agency to hard work, dedication, and striving to provide each client with excellent service as well as building lasting relationships. In her spare time Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, golf, and going to the Beach.

Jeffrey Brett Collum
Grandson of Sherrell G. Bartlett and son of former employee Marina Bartlett Cadenelli, Brett began his career in Insurance here at Bartlett Agency, Inc. working part-time while still attending high school. Shortly after graduation he became a full-time employee and soon thereafter obtained his insurance license for the state of Georgia. Devoted father of two wonderful children and loving husband to his beautiful wife, Brett’s family is his top priority. With the belief that all people are deserving of excellent service, he is determined to do whatever it takes to assure customer satisfaction. Brett specializes in preferred business and obtaining affordable coverage for hard to place risks.

Kathy Denise Kendrick
Denise Kendrick was raised in Barnesville, GA and attended Upson High School. She was a star basketball athlete and graduated in 1989. Upon graduation of high school she began a career in the textile industry and later moved into management at LaFarge concrete. She joined Bartlett Insurance in 2009 as a sub-agent under the direct supervision and training of president, Melissa Bartlett. Denise excelled quickly in the insurance business achieving agent status. She specializes in commercial lines and personal auto insurance. When not working Denise enjoys spending time with her son and grandchildren as well as caring for her beloved rescue animals: two dogs, two cats, and a pig.
